We build software for one industry — limousine operators
LimoBooked exists because we watched limo operators get handed the same bad deal over and over: either an outdated reservation system that's "really hard to figure out" and nickel-and-dimes you with add-ons, or a pile of generic apps that were never built for a business where the phone rings after midnight and the whole month can hinge on a two-week prom rush. We didn't want to build another generic CRM with the word "limo" pasted on. So we didn't.
The same story, over and over.
Talk to enough operators and the same story repeats. A booking comes in at 11 PM while the owner is driving an airport run, hits voicemail, and books a competitor. A stretch limo gets promised to two prom groups because the calendar lived in three places. A wedding quote goes cold because nobody had time to send the second text. And the software that was supposed to fix all this? "Outdated, not intuitive, and far from user-friendly," in the operators' own words — with a support line that takes a week to answer.
Meanwhile the industry itself is under real pressure. The National Limousine Association has publicly warned of an insurance crisis squeezing thousands of small and mid-sized operators. When margins tighten, the operators who survive are the ones who don't lose a single bookable call — and who don't pay for six tools to catch it.
That's the whole reason LimoBooked exists: to make sure a small operator never loses a ride they could have booked, and never pays enterprise money to keep it.
Limousine operators are our entire world. Not salons. Not dentists. Not gyms.
Limousine operators are our entire world. We don't build for salons, or dentists, or gyms. Every feature, every AI prompt, every default is tuned for how a limo business actually runs: the after-hours calls, the deposits and contracts, the seasonal spikes, the vehicle-and-chauffeur juggling, the reviews that win the next wedding.
Because we go deep on one industry instead of wide on fifty, the system speaks your language out of the box — and so does the AI that answers your phone.
Help limo operators grow affordably — with tools built for how they actually work.
Answer every call. Book every ride. Follow up every time. Without hiring a front office to do it.
Four principles that shape every decision.
Never miss a bookable call.
The whole product is organized around one promise: the ride that comes in at midnight still ends up on your calendar. Everything else we build serves that one job.
One system, one bill.
No stacking six subscriptions and a per-booking fee. Everything included, usage billed transparently, priced for a growing operation.
Built for operators, not enterprises.
Startup-friendly pricing, guided onboarding, and defaults that make sense the day you turn it on — no specialist required.
Honest about cost.
We tell you plainly what usage costs and why. No hidden add-ons, no surprise merchant-services switch, no bill that quietly runs 20–50% over the sticker.
Small, focused, and embedded in the industry.
LimoBooked is built by a small team of software and automation people who got tired of watching good operators lose rides to bad tools. We spend our time in operator forums, on demo calls, and on the phone with real limo businesses — because the only way to build the right thing is to keep listening to the people driving the cars and running the dispatch.
